Progress And Changes

Hello, welcome back to the devlog. It's been a while since I posted here, but to be honest, there has been little need to do so. Apart from the blog and the occasional story, I haven't been doing much work on the website. However, some things have changed, which I feel like I need to mention briefly.

In this post I will go over the following subjects:

• Accounts & Login problems
• Blog Schedule
• Boundless Saga Schedule

Accounts & Login Problems

As some of you might have noticed, the accounts database is currently offline. This means you won't be able to login, sign-up, or do anything related to the small accounts implementation I have set up.
This is an issue I am aware of, and I have decided to let it go for now. The problem is that the service I use to handle authentication saw too little activity on my website (which is understandable) and thus decided to pause its service for me for now. I am able to unpause it, but with low activity in the next week, it will then be paused again, which creates a bit of a resource heavy cycle that is completely pointless. As a result, I have decided to leave it paused until at least the release 1.0, where accounts actually serve a purpose as well.
Meanwhile, I will probably leave the website as is, or maybe I will hide the account button temporarily. I can still continue working on the implementation of accounts and pages, though this will all be behind the screens. I will make it known when the account implementation is available again for users to log into and sign up for.

Blog Schedule

Again, this is something that might not have completely gone unnoticed, but I have changed my blog release schedule to posting on Tuesday instead of Monday. For me personally, this is a more convenient time to publish the blog, and thus I will keep it as that for the time being.
I will make sure to update the blog page to also notify this change as to avoid further confusion.

Boundless Saga Schedule

A few months ago, I started writing The Boundless Saga. I have managed to so far release 4 episodes, but I have stopped releasing episodes ever since. The saga is not completed yet, the chapter isn't either. I will simply need to take a bit more time for me to focus on the writing. At the time I stopped writing it, my life was a little overwhelming at times, meaning I have decided to pull the blog first and leave the Boundless Saga temporarily unattended.

I have every intention to pick it up again, though I cannot give certainty over when I will do so again. Just know that I haven't given up on it.

Finally, I would like to mention that I feel another rush of dedication to further embark on the journey of this website. I will try and continue making my plans come true to finally see Boundless Sagas rise up to what it was always meant to become.
